Conveyor net, or as it is called, belt for conveyor machines and conveyors - a metal product, the main task of which is the load and traction function in industry. The mesh material can be both low-carbon steel and stainless steel, both with square and rectangular meshes with different ways of weaving woven fabric. Types of conveyor mesh

Spiral-rod or braided is created by the method of alternating connection of flat spirals with a diameter of 0.6 - 6 mm with wire straight or corrugated rods.

The glazing conveyor consists of intertwined wires and weft of the bent form. To minimize the stretching process in the structure of the structure there are bends, and for high throughput and easy washing is made with a low level of roughness. For production use a wire of 0,9 - 2,8 mm from such material as:
- spring steel with indicators -10 - +70 degrees with excellent mechanical indicators;
- stainless steel with a holding time of -50 - +250 degrees with a large amount of carbon, which will last longer than the analogue;
- from a special alloy of a spring and a stainless steel with anticorrosive resistance and susceptibility to acids and various kinds of alkalis with endurance -80 - +280 degrees.
We advise you to choose as a basis the type of materials listed above, because low-carbon steel is not able to provide the desired performance of the conveyor in terms of wear resistance and service life.
Scope:
- production of belt conveyors for the manufacture of bakery products;
- for glazing of sweets;
- for thermal packaging.
Cable conveyor or woven can only be stainless from heat-treated wire with a diameter of 1.5 mm, or treated light annealing wire with a diameter of 0.6 to 1.2 mm, which is based on single ropes or strands of 2,3 or 4 ropes.
Applies to:
- for lines when packing nuts, seeds and other small food items, such as snacks and chips;
- for drying by steam.
