Yuriy Prysiazhniuk is a manager with eight years of experience in administration and operations management; for the past five years, he has led the division responsible for manufacturing sectional fencing—the flagship product of the "Sitka Zakhid" company. Prior to this, Yuriy spent three years successfully managing the production order administration department, gaining a thorough understanding of customer needs and the specifics of order fulfillment.

In his current role, Yuriy oversees the entire manufacturing cycle for fencing sections: from the receipt of raw materials and panel fabrication to painting, packaging, and the final handover of finished goods. His approach is grounded in Lean manufacturing principles (Lean Institute Ukraine), enabling high production volumes to be maintained without compromising product quality.

Expertise in section manufacturing and Lean technologies

Quality control of the core product: technical oversight of 3D/2D section manufacturing, including the geometry of stiffening ribs, welded joints, and the integrity of anti-corrosion coatings.

Lean manufacturing (Lean Management): optimization of production processes, reduction of operational costs, and elimination of manufacturing waste.

Sales and production synchronization: seamless coordination between the sales department and production lines to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders of any volume.

Analytics and efficiency: combining a background in finance and economics with hands-on workshop management allows for precise cost calculation and resource optimization.
