In production we use powder and thermoplastic paints of European quality, so there is no doubt that the coating of our network will easily withstand severe weather conditions and will last for more than one year.
In order to once again be convinced of the reliability and durability of our products, in March of this year the company entered into an agreement with the O.O. CHUYK Institute of Surface Chemistry and sent samples of sections and pillars for testing in a salt fog chamber, which are used to determine corrosive the resistance of the material or product with the temperature and humidity level configuration. These cameras reproduce and accelerate natural operating conditions. Our products were tested for coating resistance, durability, and defects in the protective coating were searched for, determining their origin.
8 samples provided by Grid West went through several stages of testing: 144 hours in an aggressive environment, 360 hours, 864 hours and 1000 hours. We are proud to announce that as a result of the study, ALL samples of the sections withstood the tests, only in places where the paint was loose were spotted manifestations of white corrosion observed.
