Mercy is one of the best qualities of a person. Not everyone can help a neighbor, accept someone else's pain as his own. But in fact, doing good is not difficult if you have good hearts and desires. Each of us knows about the existence of orphanages where abandoned and lonely children live. Ask any person - is it necessary to help orphans, children with disabilities? - Yes of course! - the majority will say. But everyone has their own affairs and concerns: some do not have enough time, others have the opportunity, and still someone has the courage. This is how we all sit day after day in our homes, go to work and occasionally, when another article in the media or a news story comes to our liking, we sincerely grieve and sigh - "poor children!" But some of them break out of the everyday whirlwind and try under any conditions to find an opportunity for help! So on Friday, June 22, the team of LLC Zavod Grid Zapad made a trip to the Chernivtsi regional specialized orphanage.
In general, the idea of the trip was born on June 1, the International Children's Day. In honor of this holiday, the employees wanted to do something pleasant for those who most need it - for the children, and since then the employees have carefully thought about the upcoming trip, discussed all the details with the management of the orphanage, as a result of which significant funds were allocated for who have purchased things necessary for babies, namely: diapers, medicines, toys, food (butter, meat, fruits and dried fruits, etc.).
The Chernivtsi regional specialized children's home brings up 39 children aged from 2 months to 6 years. These are orphans, half-orphans from disadvantaged families and from families with a difficult financial situation (they temporarily or permanently live here), as well as disabled children of different groups and with cerebral palsy - their life is extremely different from ours, but when you see them, you communicate with them - to call them some kind of sick, not like everyone else does not want to. They are just different, not like all people, they are special.
The director and the employees of the house warmly welcomed their guests, conducted an excursion, told the history of the establishment and introduced us to the children. Here children live a considerable part of their life, and it was important for us to see the living and learning conditions. They have everything that is necessary for development and leisure, of course, they lack the main thing in this life - the parental shoulder. The soul breaks when you enter the group and hear: "Are you my mother?" - immediately tears in my eyes. These little angels are very open and bright, although their fate was rather difficult, they do not lose their positive and charge everyone around them with their energy. Having looked at the educators, in whose eyes there is kindness, and in their smiles - sincerity, you do not even doubt that warmth and comfort reigns in this place.
Such trips are useful not only for those to whom we bring gifts, but also for ourselves in the first place. After what you see, you begin to understand that all the everyday troubles that happen in our life are trifles compared to what we have. Then you begin to appreciate what nature has endowed us with, but she still generously endowed us: she gave us health - sight, hearing, the ability to move independently and think adequately. We have family, friends, close people. We have the opportunity to learn, work and develop. Let's live with joy, appreciate what we have and help those who are less fortunate. After all, good deeds do not need a lot of trouble or expenses, it is not difficult, the main thing is desire. From now on, we have set ourselves the goal of organizing such charity events more often and helping those who need it.
