How to avoid counterfeiting:
1) Coating.
Substandard product: polymer coating on the edges of the mesh is charged, exposing the wire by 4-7mm. At the folds, slots are formed, exposing the core. The coating is uneven, unpleasant to the touch.
High-quality product: stable shape, the wire cut and the coating coincide, an error of up to 1-1.5 mm is allowed. In places of folds, the mesh maintains an integral coating. The coating is made with a plasticizer, which is smooth to the touch and uniform throughout the mesh.
2) Packaging.
Poor quality product: the wire, which is tied to the roll, is not secured tightly. The packaging is torn or damaged.
High-quality product: neat packaging, the wire tightly pulls the roll and provides a snug fit.
3) Appearance of the cells.
Low-quality product: cells are uneven throughout the roll. The appearance of the cell is not symmetrical.
Quality product: the cell geometry is close to an elongated rhombus, the appearance is symmetrical. The cells in all places on the roll are of the same size.
4) Accompanying marking.
Low-quality product: There are no tags, names or barcode of the product. No warranties or accompanying documents of conformity.
Quality product: name and barcode tags are available. The manufacturer provides a warranty for the period of operation and, if necessary, all accompanying documents on safety, quality of goods and compliance with standards.
